Question of appliction: |

1. |
One inspection once
a year resident of each household in Pingtung
Country. |

2. |
Drinking water is
the groundwater in area withwout tap water. |
|
3. |
The following
conditions will not be accepted: |

|

(a) |
Groundwater
and tap water has been treeted. |
|
(b) |
Dinking
water and groundwater are in public /
private locations. |

|

Applying process
I.D. Card and seal needed ;
apply to Air / Water Quality Protection Section ;
application should fill in the information of contact tel.
no. and add; sample will be taken in due course; monthly
50cases can be accepted ; if more than that , it will be
accepted and handle in next month. |

Inspection Process of
Evaluation influence to Enviroment |
|
1. |
The company submits
the interpretation of environment influence to
the bureau. If it is unacceptable, the campany
shall summit a new substitute project or being
rejected. |
|
2. |
The relevant
institution hands it over to relevant section. |
|
3. |
The environment
protection institute holds a committee to
inspect the environmental evaluation.They spend
50 days to inspect completely for a normal case
and extend 50 days for a special case. If the
environmental evaluation is acceptable, it will
be announced and opened. If the environment
evaluation still has significant influence, it
shall be evaluated. |

Continuing
evaluation |

(a) |
The company
has to send interpretations to relevant
institution or public(duration has to be
at least 30 days). |

(b) |
The company
has to hold a meeting to open
interpretations. |
|

5. |
The environment
protection institute identifies the range of
evaluation. |

6. |
The company drafts
of evaluation influence to environment. |
|
7. |
The relevant
institution sites visit and arrange a hearting
which is competing within 30 days and also
recording eithin 30 days). |
|
8. |
The environment
protection institute has a committee to inspect
the environmental evaluation.They spend 60 days
to inspect completely for normal case and extend
60 days for a special case. If the environmental
evaluation is acceptable, the result of
inspection will be announced and published in
newspapers. If the environment evaluation is
unaccetable, the campany shall summit a new
substitute project or being rejected. |

Process for Air Pollution Fee for Construction Engineering |

1. |
Fill in the
application with seals of the company. |
|
2. |
Submit relevant
documents including contract for approval.For
example:if the fee is more than NT 5000 ,
pollution prevetion plan will have to be
submitted. |

Accept the report |
|

Understand the
cause as pollution category, pollutant and
sympath to the appicant. |

Site investigation
bans the company. If it is improved immediately
, the case can be closed. Somethings like
tracking the pollutant , interviewing the
applicant and interviewing the residents in the
neighborhood are subject to confirmation by the
institute or bureau. |

If it isn’t be
improved immediately , the regulator will be
punished. |

View the policy of
poblic pollution. |

Impove the
pollutant. |

Explain the
